We had been invited to nurture and take part in the Picha Kubwa initiative. A training, production and distribution program in storytelling. An afterwork that brought together brains that do not want to stay in the status quo to create influence in creation.
We cannot talk about the history of our communities without talking about the crises, conflicts and painful moments of the past. All this must be archived, to make photo books and podcasts. Dialogues are needed to repair this past and strengthen the present.
Afroagripreneurs Network spoke about these village farmers who are going through difficult times linked to wars, ethnic conflicts, theft of crops from unknown people, gender inequality,… finally that they have programs of highly supported interviews to archive these events and share this voice of the voiceless.
Several organizations took part in these meetings including Trust Marchand Bank, LUCHA, Go Innovation, Uhuru Knowledge Center, Mlimani Edition,… and the organizator MNKF Creatives.
